Home My WebLink AboutContracts & Agreements_22-1989_CCv0001.pdf AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT TO FURNISH CONSULTING SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THREE WELLS AND GROUNDWATER ASSESSMENT IN SAN TIMOTEO AND LIVE OAK CANYONS This Amendment authorizes the Consultant to provide con- struction specifications and preconstruction activities for the wells as separate projects and services during well construction and development for the Hog Canyon Well in accordance with the Agreement dated August 3 , 1988 and this Amendment. This Amendment makes the following changes to the Agreement; all other provisions of the Agreement remain in effect. ARTICLE 3. - ENGAGEMENT DF THE C4N3IILTANT No changes . ARTIQU 2_- SERVICES,_QF_THE_ENGINEER Add Article 2 .3 as follows: 2.3 The construction specifications and precon- struction activities scope is changed to pre- paration of the technical portions of three separate well bid packages and services during three bid periods . ARTICLE_3_- REjqRQNfj1BILITIES OF THE OWNER No changes . ART CI 4 - PERIQP QZ SERVICE Add Articles 4 .3 and 4 .4 as follows: 4.3 The period of service for the Project 3 con- struction specifications shall be 30 days after notice to proceed for each well, and for the Project 3 prebid and preconstruction meetings, shall be as defined in the construction contract documents . 4.4 The period of service for Project 4 and 5, services during well construction and well development, shall be the period defined in the construction contract documents. ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENTS_X0_TffK_CQN6ULT&NT Add Articles 5 .5 and 5 .6 as follows: 5 .5 The payment for Project 3, construction speci- fication and preconstruction activities, shall be in accordance with Attachment A, herewith, and be on a time and materials basis in ac- cordance with the Consultant' s Schedule of Charges, Attachment B of the August 3, 1988 Agreement . 5.6 The payment for Hog Canyon Project 4 and 5 scope of work shall be in accordance with Attachment Bt herewith, and be on a time and materials basis in accordance with the Consultant's Schedule of Charges, Attachment B of the August 3 , 1988 Agreement.
