This agreement between the Pecdlands unified School District, herein
called, School District, and they City of Redlands, here -!in called City, is
entered into this 22nd^ d.E.ty of SSMtember - --_ , 1970, as authorized
by the California State Government Code Sections 6500 - 6513, -to wit:
The City shall cause to be installed electrical conduit, pull
boxes, etc., as per attached plait identified as Eleetrical Conduits,
Du]_1 Boxes, etc., Other Than T�-affic S.i.�n`�Ls. Upo3j Tistai_latioi�, the
electrical conduit, mull boxes, etc., shall be the property of the
School District. Said installation to be a part of the City pzo;j€ et
known as Citrus Avenue widening. The City wall bid said electrical
conduit, pull boxes, etc., as a separate item in its call. for bids. The
City shall award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder for the total
pr_o;ject.
The School District s11111 oay to the City, the cost stated for its
aforementioned work. Said amount to be Thirteen Thousand, five Hundred
Dollars ($3.3,500.00) .
The applicable provisioYIS. of Government Code, Sections 6500 - 651-3,
are incorporated
herein
as a part of
this a;-eement.
