SERVICES FOR PHASE I OF THE REDLANDS SPORTS PARK
This ninth amendment(this "Ninth Amendment")to the Agreement to furnish Consulting
Services for Phase I of the Redlands Sports Park dated January 15,2002(the"Agreement"),by and
between the City of Redlands,a municipal corporation("City")and STB Landscape Architects,Inc.,
("Consultant") is made and entered into this 6th day of November, 2007.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement to
change the scope of services to be provided by Consultant;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Agreement between City and Consultant is hereby amended as
follows:
Sectio Exhibit"A"of the Agreement is hereby amended to include within its scope of
services the additional construction management services as detailed in Exhibit "I" to this Ninth
Amendment.
Section 2. The additional professional construction management services shall be completed
for a total cost of$22,000 as more fully detailed in Exhibit"A"to this Ninth Amendment.
Section 3. All other sections of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this Ninth Amendment,to be effective
as of November 6, 2007.

EXHIBIT "I" TO THE NINTH AMENDMENT
OF EXHIBIT "A" OF THE AGREEMENT
SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The additional professional architectural construction management services shall include,
but not be limited to:
- Revise plans and specifications for bidding, including addenda;
- Submittal reviews and approvals;
- Attending job meetings as required;
- Review of progress payments; s required during construction;
- Making decisions and corrections regarding design a
- Final inspections of building and adjacent landscape areas; and
- Completion of the as-built drawings.
