FOR PHASE I OF THE REDLANDS SPORTS PARK
This Agreement is made and entered into this 4th day of June 2002,by and between the City
of Redlands, a municipal corporation("City"), and STB Landscape Architects ("Consultant").
In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, City and Consultant agree to the
following amendments to the Agreement to Furnish Consulting Services dated January 18, 2002
(hereinafter the "Agreement"):
Section 1. In addition to those services listed in Exhibit "A" to the Agreement, Consultant
shall provide the following additional services:
Prepare architectural plans and specifications for a 900 square foot building facility, as
directed by the City,which shall be designed to include:
1. A four to six toilet fixture men's bathroom comprising 250 square feet.
2. A four to six toilet fixture women's bathroom comprising 250 square feet.
3. A concessions area designed to accommodate kitchen equipment and a public interface
area comprising 200 square feet.
4. A storage area comprising 200 square feet.
Section 2. In addition to the compensation payable to Consultant in Section 5.1 of the
Agreement, Consultant shall be paid the additional sum of $19,250 for the additional services
described in Section 1, above. The total compensation now payable to Consultant pursuant to the
Agreement is $67,060.
Section 3. Consultant's Services under the Agreement shall now be completed by July 15,
2002.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,duly authorized representatives of the parties have signed in confirmation
of this First Amendment to Agreement.
