annual decreasing balance of said principal sum until paid in full, said
principal and interest to be paid in instalments as follows:
Ten equal successive annual instalments of Hine Thousand
Vive, Hundredand no/100 Dollars (49,500.00) or more plus
interezt, beginning August 1, 1972 and annually there-
after until. paid in full.
It is agreed that if default be made in the payment when clue
of any part of the principal or interest, then the whose sum of prin-
cipal and interest shall become immediately,due and payable at the
option of the holder of this note, without notice.
