I am interested in conserving the soil of the City of Redlands and desire
assistance in developing a complete soil and water conservation program for our
land.
I agree to follow the recommendations of the District as agreed upon by the District
and the City to the beat of my ability in establishing conservation practices on our
load.
Wet the Directors of the Redlands-Righland-Yucaipa Resource Conservation District,
agree to help you develop a conservation plan for your land in accordance with
its needs and carrying out your plan by providing such information and technical or
other assistance as we may have available.
This agreement will remain in effect until cancelled by either party.
"Neither party shall be liable for damages to the other's property, resulting from
caxrying out this plan. The District assumes no responsibility for the legal
esta.blishaent of any property and/or boundary lines, water rights or acreages."
No charges will be made by either party.
