Calif. 92401 REILTAL AuREEMENT It is hereby agreed by and between Redlands Yasonic Temple Association, landlord, and the City of Redlands, California, tenant, as follows: THAT for and in consideration of pa, -rent of rents and performance of convenants contained on the Tart of tenant, said landlord does hereby rent as an office those certain premises located at Rooms 3 and u, 131 Cajon Street, Redlands, California, for a tenancy from July 1, 1972 to Jane 30, 1973 commencing on the 1st day of July,, 1972 and, at a monthlT r.�ntal of *90.00 payable in advance on the 1-'Y of each �xid every month. This arrangerent shall be at tiie landlord's expense. Rental Agreement Page 2 (7) Upon expiration, the landlord grants to the tenant the option of an annual renewal of this agreement under the same terms and conditions. (8) Tenant agrees to pay reasonable costs and attorney's fees necessary to collect rents or to enforce any of the terms of this agreement. (9) Tenant and his clients have use of and access to the men's and w o;nen's restroom facilities on the same floor level as the space rented. The landlord agrees to provide janitorial service for the restrooms withc;ut cost to the tenant. (10) The landlord agrees to provide liability insurance coverage for accident or injury sustained in any of the building's public areas, or caused by a defect in the building. Sox 280 Redland3, California August 7, 1972 MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Acting on recommendation of the Building Services Department and the County Administratiue Office, the Board of Supervisors, on motion of Supervisor Beckord, duly seconded by Supervisor Mikesell and carried, hereby approves renewal, of a certain lease -agreement, between the County and the City of Redlands for sharing of costs for the Redlands Veterans Affairs Office, and hereby authorizes the Chairman to sign said agreement indicating this Board's approval of the terms and conditions therein contained.
