THE ALABAMA STREET AND ORANGE STREET BRIDGE PROJECT CALIFORNIA FINAL
DESIGN
This Agreement is made and entered into this 2nd day of November 2004, by and between
the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and T. Y. Lin International ("Consultant").
In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, City and Consultant agree to the
following amendments to the Agreement to Furnish Consulting Services dated May 18, 2004
(hereinafter the "Agreement"):
Section 1. In addition to the services described in Exhibit A of the agreement,the Consultant
shall revise the design to include the maximum number and size of pipe and sleeves and all
necessary appurtenances reasonably possible inside the bridge cells.
Section 2. In addition to the compensation payable to Consultant in Section 5.1 of the
Agreement,for the amount authorized in the first amendment,Consultant shall be paid based on time
and materials, not to exceed $10,000 ($5,000 for the Alabama Street Bridge and $5,000 for the
Orange Street Bridge).
Section 3. Consultant's Services under the Agreement shall now be completed by April 22,
2005.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,duly authorized representatives of the parties have signed in confirmation
of this Third Amendment to Agreement.
