Notice of Termination of Agreement
Dear Mr. Sloane,
Pursuant to Section 4.1(b) of the City's agreement with Atlanta Drone Consultants, LLC,
this letter hereby serves as written notice from the City of Redlands to Atlanta Drone
Consultants, LLC of the City's intent to terminate the agreement for services referenced
herein.
This notice is hereby effective February 2, 2016, as per Redlands City Council approval
on February 2, 2016 for immediate notice of intent to terminate.
Atlanta Drone Consultants, LLC is directed to stop all work, remove all Atlanta Drone
Consultants property from City property if applicable, and discontinue any provision of
services as of February 2, 2016.
In accordance with this Notice of Intent to Terminate, you shall:
1) Keep adequate records of your compliance with this notice.
2) Immediately notify all subcontractors, if any, of this Notice of Termination.
