FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO FURNISH CONSULTING SERVICES FOR
THE ALABAMA STREET AND ORANGE STREET BRIDGE PROJECT CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) COMPLIANCE
This Agreement is made and entered into this 2nd day of November 2004, by and between
the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Tom Dodson & Associates
("Consultant").
In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, City and Consultant agree to the
following amendments to the Agreement to Furnish Consulting Services dated December 2, 2003
(hereinafter the "Agreement"):
Section 1. The consultant shall continue to perform those services listed in Exhibit "A" to
the Agreement.
Section 2. In addition to the compensation payable to Consultant in Section 5.1 of the
Agreement, and the amount authorized in the first amendment, Consultant shall be paid based on
time and materials, not to exceed$12,000
2005. Section 3. Consultant's Services under the Agreement shall now be completed by April 22,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,duly authorized representatives ofthe parties have signed in confirmation
of this Third Amendment to Agreement.
