(Covenant Running with the Land)
THIS AGREEMENT by and between George E. Wilson and Carolyn
B Wilson, Husband and Wife, hereinafter sometimes called "OWNER",
and the CITY OF REDLANDS, a general law city of the State of
California, sometimes called "CITY", is executed as a covenant
running with the land, dated this 23rd day of September, 1976.
RECITALS
OWNER holds title and ownership to the real property described
on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and situate in the County of San
Bernardino, State of California.
The said real property consists of one parcel of land, shown
as the West 50 feet of Lot 5 on

Exhibit B attached hereto, and incorporated by reference herein, and
the East 26 feet of Lot 6 as shown on
Exhibit B, which said combination of parcels is hereinafter called
property.
COVENANTS
For and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained,
OWNER and CITY agree as follows:
1. That the property may be built upon, used and developed only
(1) if all provisions of City ordinances and State laws are complied
with, (2) if each and every requirement of the building permit is
completed and performed, and (3) with express permission from the CITY,
subject to such requirements and conditions as the CITY may impose

2. That, for and in consideration of permission from the
CITY to maintain a building upon the real property, OWNER agrees
that the real property, as described on Exhibit A, shall constitute
and comprise, in perpetuity one parcel of land and one lot, which
shall at no time be subdivided or seperated for sale, transfer,
development, or for any other purpose, without the express approval
and consent of the CITY.
3 That the mutual covenant contained herein shall run with
the land, and shall be binding as a contractual obligation upon
the OWNER, and the OWNER'S assignees, transferees, trustees, mortgagees,
personal representatives and all other successors in interest, and that
this covenant shall be a burden to which the real property shall be
servient, which said covenant shall be enforceable by injunction.

Exhibit "A"
The Southwesterly 50 feet of Lot 5, measured parallel with the
Northeasterly line of said Lot 5, and the Northeasterly 26 feet
of Lot 6 measured parallel with the Northeasterly line of said
Lot 6, in Bloxk 31, Residence Plat of Redlands, in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
Map recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 12, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by
_ agreement dated September 23 , 1976 , from George E. Wilson and
Carolyn B. Wilson to the City of Redlands , a political corporation and/or
governmental agency, is hereby accepted by order of the City Council
on June 1, 1971, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by
its duly authorized officer.
