This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement dated the 15th day of
February, 2019 ("Agreement") by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation
("City") and Environment Planning Development Solutions, Inc (dba EPD Solutions, Inc ), a
California corporation ("Consultant") is made and entered into this 2nd day of August, 2019
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend Section 4 2 of the Agreement
to extend the date for completion of the Services to November 15, 2019,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 4 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows
"4 2 Consultant shall complete the Services by November 15, 2019, unless the Services
are terminated earlier as provided for herein "
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment to be effective
as on August 2, 2019
