Dear Mr. Moore:
We herewith accept the loan of your rear -end loading refuse truck.
We understand the following:
- that if a City of Colton driver, using the above -
mentioned truck, causes damage, the City of Colton
assumes proper liability therefor;
- that we, the City of Colton, must notify our reinsurance
agent of this arrangement.
We extend our sincere gratitude and thanks to the City of Redlands
for its generous assistance.
