A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING ON -DUTY EMERGENCY VEHICLE PARKING ZONE ON VINE STREET
WHEREAS, pursuant to studies made under the authonty of Title 10 of the Redlands
Municipal Code, and the presentation of information contained in such studies, the City Council
of the City of Redlands has determined that certain traffic regulations are necessary to protect the
public health, safety and welfare and should be established pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands
Municipal Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS as follows
Section 1. This City Council determines that approval of this Resolution is exempt
from review under California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to CEQA
Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) which provides that CEQA apphes only to projects which have
the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment This City Council finds with
certainty that there is no possibility the approval of this Resolution may have a significant effect
on the environment
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10 40 200 of the Redlands Municipal Code, this City
Council heerby establishes an on -duty emergency vehicle parking zone for approximately 168
feet on the north side and 123 feet on the south side of Vine Street between Cajon Street and 4th
Street between the hours of 7 00 am and 5 00 pm, Monday through Friday
Section 3 City staff is hereby directed to immediately install appropriate markings to
implement this Resolution.
