1. The parties to this Hold Harmless Agreement are
Bill Leonard for Assembly Committee hereinafter sometimes
called the "Committee" and the City of Redlands, hereinafter
sometimes called the "City."
2. The City agrees to lease to the Committee the building
located on the southwest corner of Redlands Boulevard and
Fifth Street, more commonly referred to as the "Western Auto
Building," for the period from September 18, 1978 to
November 18, 1978 for the rent of two hundred dollars ($200.00)
per month; which rent shall be paid on or before the tenth
(10 th ) day of each month.
3. The Committee agrees to hold the City harmless and to
indemnify the City from all claims, demands, liabilities, or
legal action for any alleged injury to persons or properties,
including costs, loss of services, expenses, and compensation
resulting from, or in any manner arising from any use,
occupation, presence, activity, or accident upon or adjacent
to the property.
