IT IS HEREBY AGREED TO AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the COUNTY and LANDLORD's previously entered into a Lease A-reement, Contract No.
04-462, (the "Lease") wherein LANDLORD agreed to lease Certain real property to the COUNTY, and;
WHEREAS, the COUNTY desires to exercise it's first one-year option to extend the term of the lease for
one year until June 7, 2008, with two one—year options remaining.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions, the parties hereto agree the
Lease Agreement, Contract No. 04-462, is amended as follows: Zn

I EXTEND the term of the lease as provided in Article 1, TERM, from June 8, 2007 thrOUgh June 7,
2008 (First Extended Term).
