The City of Redlands does hereby state an interest in exploring the benefits of joining the
County of San Bernardino HOME Consortium, starting in Fiscal Year 2002.
Execution of this Certificate of Interest in no way binds or commits the city to participate
in the County HOME Consortium. This Notice of Interest is intended to satisfy the
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) statutory requirement to identift, all potential
Consortium participants.
