nardino, State of California, bounded and described as follows: -
Lot Ten (10) in Block Seven (7) , according to the survey and
Plat of the Chicago Colony Addition to Redlands , (said Chicago Col-
ony Addition to Redlands being now known as the Town Plat of Red-
lands) of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of San Ber-
nardino County, California.
Assuming Title in Ben Barton and Eliza H. Barton, his wife,
Nov. 30, 1886, we find as follows:-
lst. That on Nov. 30, 1886, Ben Barton and Eliza H. Barton,
his wife , _did grant to R .H .Kendall "The Fast three -fourths of the
South half of the South half of Lot Twenty_ -eight, Block Seventy-
seven in San Bernardino Rancho, ao ntaining 15 acres more or less,
