RE: LETTER OF AGREEMENT - MODIFIED
MODIFICATION:
The City of Redlands agrees to waive the $100.00 per day fee for the use of the
assembly room located at 212 Brookside Avenue by the Superior Court of California,
County of San Bernardino, Redlands District up to and including the 30th day of June
1999. The Court agrees to continue providing janitorial service to insure that the
assembly room is left in a neat and clean condition after each Court use.
The Court is truly grateful for the generosity of the City of Redlands and appreciates the
excellent rapport that has been established between Redlands and the Court.
All other conditions of the original agreement shall remain in tact as previously agreed
upon.
