LETTER OF AGREEMENT
This is to confirm the use of the City of Redlands Police
Department Assembly Room located at 212 Brookside Avenue by
the San Bernardino County Municipal Court for court purposes
on Fridays beginning January 20, 1995 . The rental charge for
use of the facility shall be $100 . 00 per day. Presently this
Agreement addresses only Fridays; however, should the Court
need the facility on other dates, requests should be directed
to Mrs . Denise Ausherman at (909) 798-7646 . Additional use
shall be billed at $100 per day.
A key will be provided to you by the police department for
use in opening and closing the facility.
Included in this Agreement is the requirement that uniformed
Marshal ' s office personnel be provided in the lobby area to
prevent interruption of police department functions by court
related matters .
A billing invoice will be sent to you on the first of the month
for the prior month's usage. We would appreciate payment within
thirty (30 ) days . Damage over and above normal "wear and tear"
to the facility shall be the responsibility of the County of
San Bernardino .
This Agreement may be cancelled by either party upon 30 days
written notice.
