LETTER OF AGREEMENT
This is to confirm the use of the City of Redlands Council Chambers located at 212
Brookside Averbeginning
e San Bernardino County Municipal Court for court purposes
on Fridayi January 21 to and including June 24, 1994. The
rental charge for us6 of the facility shall be $100.00 per day. The telephone may be
used by the County for outgoing calls; however, incoming calls would have to be
routed via this office due to installation setup. A key to the Council Chambers is
kept in the Police Department; therefore, the desk clerk will open and close the
facility for you.
A billing invoice will be sent to you on the first of the month for the prior month's
usage and we would appreciate payment within thirty (30) days.
Enclosed are two originals of this letter. Please indicate your concurrence with this
agreement by signing the bottom, where indicated, and return one copy to this office
as soon as possible. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact this
office at 798-7510.
