Addendum to Amendment between the City of Redlands
and All City Management Services, Inc.
for providing
School Crossing Guard Services
The City of Redlands hereinafter referred to as the "City", and All City Management Services,
Inc., located at 1749 S. La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90035, hereinafter referred to as the
"Contractor," mutually agree to amend the existing Amendment, as follows:
1. All City Management Services, Inc. will provide one (1) additional Crossing Guard for
the Cope Middle School located at 1000 W. Cypress Avenue in Redlands.
2. The additional cost for providing one additional ,guard @ $12.59 per hour for 3-5 hours
per school day is Seven-thousand Nine-hundred and Thirty-two dollars ($7,932.00) per
school Year.
