Amendment to Agreement between
All City Management Services, Inc. and the City of Redlands
for providing School Crossing Guard Services
The City of Redlands hereinafter referred to as the "City", and All City Management
Services, Inc., located at 1749 S. La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90035, hereinafter
referred to as the "Contractor", mutually agree to amend the existing Agreement entered
into on July 6, 1994 as follows:
1. Section 1.1 The City and the Contractor agree to extend the term of this
Agreement for the 2002-2003 fiscal year beginning juiy 1, 2003
through June 30, 2004.
2. Section 3.1 The City shall pay Contractor the sum of Eleven Dollars and Ninety-
Four Cents, ($11.94) per hour for the Crossing Guard services. The
cost for providing ten-thousand, three-hundred and fifty (10,350)
hours of Crossing Guard services during the term of this Agreement
shall not exceed One-Hundred and Twenty-Three-Thousand, Five-
Hundred and Seventy-Nine Dollars, ($123,579.00).
3. Except as provided forin Section 1.1 and Section 3.1, all otherterms and conditions
of the original Agreement and Amendments thereto between the City and the
Contractor remain in effect_
