Dear Mayor Cunningham:
CDF purposes to charge $7.47 per acre plus an administrative charge of
11.13% to protect 4,480 acres for a total of $37,182 during FY 1997/98. This is
an amendment to our three-year agreement dated July 1, 1997, Contract
number 3CA61445. If this is acceptable to the City of Redlands please sign
below and include proper documentation (Council resolution and signature
authority for the amendment). In addition, we request the signature of your local
fire chief.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement and any prior
amendment remains in full force and effect.
