Cost Distribution Agreement for Trafric Signals and Lighting

Project Location: route 38 (Lugonia Avenue) at .Dearborn Street in City of
Redlands
City of Redlands will install traffic signals and safety lighting on Route 38
(Lugonia Avenue) at Dearborn Street. City and State agree to cost distribution
stated below.
Maintenance and Electrical Ener Costs
Commencing upon construction and continuing until determined otherwise by
mutual agreement, City of Redlands agrees to pay Caltrans for City's
proportionate share of the ongoing monthly maintenance and electrical energy
costs for the traffic signals and safety lighting at the intersection.
City's share is 50% of maintenance and: electrical energy casts. Caltrans will
pay 50% of maintenance and electrical energy costs.
Caltrans will own, maintain and operate the traffic signal and lighting system
and pay 100% of the operating costs.
