Enclosed is the City of Redlands fully executed Temporary Entry Permit (TEP). This
permit allows the Department of Water Resources access to your property, identified as
Assessor's Parcel Nos. 0168-362-01, -02, -03, -05, and 0168-363-01, -02, and -03 in
San Bernardino County, for the purpose of conducting ground and aerial surveys,
engineering, biological, and floral and faunal studies for the Crafton Hills Reservoir
Enlargement Project.
In response to the city's request, an original TEP is also being sent to Mr. Wen Huang
of the Municipal Utilities Department. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. If you

TEMPORARY ENTRY PERMIT
Permission is given to the Department of Water Resources of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as PERMITTEE,
and its oMicena, ennp|oyeen, agents and oontnacb>na, to enter with all necessary equipment upon PER&l|TTC)R's land in the
county of San Bernardino, State of California, described as that portion of Assessor's Parcel Nos. 0168-362-01, -02, -03, -05,
0168-363-01, -02, and-03, and marked on the attached map, for the purpose of conducting ground and aerial surveys,
en0inoohnQ, b\okmico(. and#ono\and faunal studies, installation of appurtenances, and for such other incidental purposes as
may berequired, subject huthe following provisions:
1. Reasonable precautions will be exercised to avoid damage and protect persons or property.

employees of PERMITTEE by reason of the exercise of privileges given under this permit.
3. Nothing in this permit shall preclude PERKU|TTOR from filing a claim(s)with the State Board of Control for any|nsa
or expense which PERMITTOR or its tenant may suffer caused by or due to exercise by PERMITTEE of the rights
granted by this permit.
4� PERMITTEE agrees to indemnify and hold PERMITTOR harmless from any damage caused by PERMITTEE's
activities authorized bythis permit. PERMITTEE agrees also toeither reimburse PERK8|TTDRfor any damage ho
PERMITTOR's roads and fences, or other property, occurring by reason of the exercise of rights granted herein, or
to replace nrrestore said property.
