TEMPORARY ENTRY PERMIT
Permission is hereby given to the State of California, Department of
Water Resources, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors, referred
to as the state, to enter, with all necessary equipment, upon property in
the County of San Bernardino,
map for the purpose of conductState of California, as shown on the attached
ing field surveys and geological studies and for
such other incidental purposes that may be required, subject to the following
provisions:
I. Reasonable precautions will be exercised to avoid damage and protect
persons or property.
2. Permittor assumes no liability for loss or damage to property or injuries
to or deaths of agents, contractors, or employees of the State by reason
of the exercise of privileges given under this permit.
3. Nothing in this permit shall preclude Permittor from filing a claim
with the State Board of Control for any lose or expense which Permittor
or its tenant may Buffer caused by or due to exercise by state of the
rights granted by this permit.
4. State agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Permittor from any damage
caused by State's activities authorized by thin permit. State agrees
also to either reimburse Permittor for any damage or destruction to its
roads and fences, or other property, occurring by reason of the exercise
of rights granted, or to replace or restore said property.
S. This permit expires on July 1, 1997.
