HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_21-1979_CCv0001.pdf AGREEhJENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this , 19th day of April 1979 , by and between the City of Redlands , a_ Municipal Corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as the "City" , and Martin and Elizabeth D. Andersen, owners of Assessor ' s Parcel No . 168- 041- 201 hereinafter referred to as "Owner" . WITNESSETH: That the City and the Owner , for the consideration herein- after named, agree as follows : The Owner shall be allowed access to Redlands Municipal Airport from property described as Assessor' s Parcel No. 168- 041- 20 if the frontage of said parcel along Sessums Drive is developed with an airport oriented project . An airport oriented project shall be defined as any project relating to the manufacturing , maintenance , sales or repair of aircraft or aircraft related equipment and appurtenances . This agreement shall exclude the right of the Owner to taxi aircraft under its own power across Sessums Drive. Access shall also be subject to restrictions placed upon it by the City Council . Access shall only be allowed across easements as defined by the City. The owner shall dedicate to the City for public road purposes the real property described in the legal description included as Attachment "A" to this agreement. The Owner shall also grant the City and its agents , permission to enter said property for the purpose of engineering and construction in connection with the Sessums Drive extension project .
