CONDITIONAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
The City of Redlands , California, hereby certifies
that the real property hereinafter described is subject to
the property development requirements set forth in Ordinance
No . 1788 of the City of Redlands and its implementing resolu-
tions . Owners of such real property are hereby notified that
the issuance of building permits for the residential develop-
ment of such property is conditional upon compliance with the
said requirements .
The parcels of real property and the owners thereof
affected by this Conditional Certificate of Compliance are
as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
