FENCE IN STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
Permission is hereby granted by this letter to install
a 6-foot high woven wire fence within the right-of-way
of Wabash Avenue and Sixth Avenue along the entire
frontage of Parcel 3 , Parcel Map No. 5580 as recorded
in Book S2 , Page 71 of Parcel daps , County of San
Bernardino . The fence is to be set a minimum of 3-feet
behind the edge of pavement as it exists on this date .
By signing and returning this letter , you agree to hold
the City of Redlands and its officers and employees free
from any liability as a result of the installation of the
fence , and you also agree to remove the fence within 30
calendar days of receipt of written notice to do so .
