Box 280 Redlands , CA 92373 12: Gr A' 4 D v v NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RECORD A NOTICE OF VIOLATION NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Redlands , California, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 3 , 1984, at the City Council Chambers located at 219 Brookside Avenue , Redlands , 'a! ' fornia, to allow the following owner of the following des- cribed real property to present evidence why a Notice of Violation should not be recorded to provide notice that said real property has been illegally subdivided in viola- tion of Section 66449 . 30 of the California Government Code . The alleged violation involves the division of real property for purposes of financing, parcels thereof prior to the recordation of a final map creating said parcels . The real property affected by this Notice is des- cribed as follows : North one-half of Block 18 , Barton Ranch in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino , State of California, as per '4ap recorded in Book 6 of Maps , Page 19 , in the Office of the County Re- corder of said County, excepting therefrom that portion described as follows : Commencing at the Northeast corner of Block 18 , being the intersection of the west line of Kansas Street and the south line of Park Avenue; thence south along the west line of Kansas Street 231 feet to the point of beginning0 ; thence west at right angles to Kansas Street, 30 feet; thence north and parallel to the west line of Kansas Street , 30 feet; thence east at right angles to the west line of Kansas Street , 30 feet; thence south along the west line of Kansas Street, 30 feet , to the point of beginning. Tract 12211 , Redlands This is to confirm my earlier telephone conversation with Mr. Dallas Holmes with respect to the above referenced subdivision. Please be advised that we now hold executed reconveyances for each of the twenty one deeds of trust now of record affecting said land. We also hold twenty one executed replacement deeds of trust executed by Ford Engineering describing a specific lot in Tract ,12211 . our instruction with respect to the use of above documents are to record the full reconveyance immediately prior to the recording of the map of Tract 12211 and then to record the replacement deeds of trust immediately following the recording of said map. This was the procedure discussed with Mr. Holmes which all parties felt would satisfy the requirement of the City of Redlands to correct the premature recording of the above deeds of trust.
