RESCISSION OF AGREEMENTS SAN ERN' NO

IN CONSIDERATION of all obligations which fall upon
either party by virtue of the two agreements referenced below,
Brookside Ltd. , a California limited partnership , and the City
of Redlands , a municipal corporation, hereby agree to rescind
both agreements executed by and between them, referenced as
follows :
(a) That certain agreement entitled "Density Bonus
Housing Agreement" dated August 16 , 1983; and
(b) That certain agreement entitled "Affordable
Housing Agreement" dated August 16 , 1984 , recorded on Octo-
her 19 , 1984 , as Document No. 84-251674 in the Records of the
County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino , California.
