Dear Bill:
As you are aware, on June 15, 1999 the City Council approved an interest-only payment
plan on your note outstanding with the City. Specifically, the approved Council motion
allowed for the Brickhouse Brewery "to pay interest only on their debt to the City for a
period of one year commencing on the date of the next payment due." There was, in fact,
a payment due on June 151'. From that date forward, for a one year period, your interest
payments will be $616.88 (assuming the note is brought current and kept current).
The City Council did not approve a payment plan on the delinquency amount owed for
March, April and May. That amount, which includes principal, interest and late charges,
totals $9,109.82 and is currently due and payable. This delinquent amount will continue
to accrue late charges at 3% per month until paid.
Enclosed are invoices reflecting the above amounts. Please remit the above payments
promptly to avoid any further Late charges.
