Effective on your anniversary date, we are pleased to offer the
following:
1. A 4 $ salary increase. This increase will make your salary
$ net after FICA deduction.
2. A 2 % salary contribution to the city' s deferred compensation
plan.
3. A disability insurance policy.
4. A term life insurance policy equal to your salary.
5 . Continuation of existing benefits including those provided to the
city ' s management unit.
It has been a pleasure working with you and we look forward to
another successful year for the City of Redlands.
