A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO 7464 TO ELIMINATE A NO PARKING
ZONE LOCATED AT PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE EAST OF JUDSON
STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS as
follows
Section 1. This City Council determines that approval of this Resolution is exempt
from review under California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to CEQA
Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) which provides that CEQA applies only to projects which have
the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment This City Council finds with
certainty that there is no possibility the approval of this Resolution may have a significant effect
on the environment
Section 2 Pursuant to Section 10 40 060 of the Redlands Municipal Code, this City
Council hereby eliminates the no parking zone located at Pennsylvania Avenue east of Judson
Street as established by Resolution No 7464
Section 3 That Resolution No 7464 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is
hereby rescinded
Section 4 City staff is hereby directed to immediately remove existing signage and
markings to implement this Resolution
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of November, 2019
