grant to the City of Redlands, California, a municipal corporation
of the sixth class, all that real property situated in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described

A sixty foot (601) right of way fornrz purposes imme-
diately adjacent to the Southern Pacific 'Railroad right of way on
the northerly side of the track thru the east one half of the west
one half of the _Northwest Quarter of Section four (4), Township
