tersects the North line of the South-east quarter of said Section 2;
thence South 291 40' West along the center line of said Mariposa
Drive a distance of 119.7 feet for the point of beginning; thence
South 810 16' West a distance of 95.6 feet; thence along a 50 45'
curve to the left, (using a course of North 490 35' Iffest as a line of
tangency), a distance of 210 feet, more or less, to the intersection
of said curve with the North line of Block 7, of said Johnson's Sub-
division.
