We have received a copy of :he minutes of the Conacil Meeting of
=acember 2, 1914, by which the City of Redlands accepted a deed .from
Frank .i. Pratt, Jr. for a new routing of Ldgemont Drive, now knoxwla
as Sunset Drive, through lots 1 and 2 of Sunset Heights.
On the basis of this G:oeumpt, we can ui?.ow the new Sunset Drive on
our maps, but the original roadway will also appear. The City of
Redlands should abandon the portion of Sunset Drive which ch was super -
ceded by the .auaudyd description. As our records now stand., the
City of Redlands Kh both the old and the new road. The owner of
this property has since deeded portions lying north of the new road.
The old road cuts across the present. owner's land and creates a
cloud on their title.
We would appreciate it if you wai ld notify us when the old road has
been vacated, so that we may remove it from our records. Thank
you.
