We,the undersigned,do hereby grant to the City of Redlands,
a municipal incorporation of the Sixth Class?for street Fund sidewalk
purposew,a strip of land t c V"eet in width off of the south end of
our respective tracts of land abutting upon High Avenue in said
city,between the east boundary line of Orange Street and the crest
boundary line of Sixth street in said city.
Said strip of land being a portion of lots one(1),seventeen
( 17) , eighteen (18) and nineteen (113) of "The Link" an addition -t,o
said city,according to a map thereof of record in the office of the
county recorder of ;an Bernardino County,Sta,te of California,,and
also a portion of lots one,(1),two (2),three (3) and four (4) of. Jdsm
Balcorn's Addition to said city(said addition being a part of lot 29,
block 77 San Bernardino Ra,ncho),aceorcding to a map of said addition
of record in said recorder's office.
It being �,Jilmthe intention of the grantors herein to
convey to said city all their respective interests in a strip of
land extending in length f. ror. the east line of Orange Street to
the Irest line of Sixth street in said city,and in width _,+feet
from the north curb of said nigh Avenue as the same is now laca.ted
and established upon the ground.
