We,the undersigned,do hereby grant to the City of Redlands,
municipal incorporation of the Sixth Rla,ss,for street purposes,
strip of land . tWaMty-fire (25) feet in width off of the
north end of that certain tract of land mentioned and described in
that certain deed of date NoTember sixth,1899,executed by Lora
Williams to Join and Walter Lennox,and recorded in the office of
the county recorder of San Bernardino County, Stat e of California, in
Book 277 of Deeds,at page 254,a.nd also recorded in said office in
Book 304 of Deeds,pa.ge 93 to which record reference is hereby made
for a. more particular description of the land hereby intended to be
conTeyed.
Said strip of land so conveyed is intended to comprise a por-
tion of Pearl Avenue in said city,a.nd the south boundary line of
said strip hereby conveyed is intended to make the south boundary
line of said Pearl Avenue extending east from Sixth Street in said
city.
