Redlams, a Municipal Corporation, in the Crnznty of. San Ber—
nardino, State of California, all that real property
situated in the City of Redlands, County of. San Bernardino,
State of California, bounded and aescribed as follows:
Lot three (3) of lands taken as shown on plat of
Assessment District slowing the land to be taken and the land
to he a9sessed for the improvement ordered by Ordinance J275
of the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, providing for the,opening of the extension of
Sixth Street (50 feet in width) extending from the North lisle
of. High Avenue, northward to the South line of.' Colton Avenue;
said lot also being more particularly described as foli ows,
to wit; Beginning at a point on the south line of Terrace
Avenue 1.10 feet south and 39 feet` 3 inches east of. the Worth
East corner of the East half of. the West half of the North
half. of Lot twenty—nine (29), Block Seventy—seven (77) Rancho
San nernardino; thence South 325.7 fret; thence east 25 feet;
thence North 325.7 feet; thence west 25 feet to point W
