hereby acknowledged.
DOES GRANT TO the City of. Redlands, a rLmnicipa-j corporation,
in the State of California all that real property situate in the City
of Redlands, County of S,_n Be:_nard.ino, State of California, bounded
and described as follows. -
Being a strip thirty (30) feet in width off the East side of
the foilowing described property: That portiop of the Southeast frac-
tional quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section Twenty-two (22 ), in Township one (1 )
South of Range three (3) West, San Bernardin Base and Meridia; ,bounded
and particularly described as follows, to ivit:
Beginnin-; at the Southeast corner of the above mentioned
tr,aat , and running thence North along the east boundary line of said
tract threehundred and eight (308) feet: thence viest at rightanfles
to the last mentioned course, seventy-five (75) feet thence south
to a point on the south boundary line of said tract, which is seventy
five (75) feet west of the point of beginning, thence east to the
point of beginning.
This property being deeded for street purposes.
