I,Delmont Locke,for and in consideration of one dollar and
other valuable considerations,do hereby grant to the City of Redlands
a municipial corporation of the sixth class, in the County of San Ber-
nardino and state of California, for street purposes, all of my right,
title and interest in,and to,the following described property: to wit.
the north-easterly thirty (50) feet of Lot numbered two (2) in and of
Block lettered 'P',according to the recorded map,known as the Second
Preliminary map of Redlands survey,as same appears of record in the
County Recorder's office in and for said County of San Bernardino, said
strip of land so conveyed being a continuation of Bond Street.
Witness my hand and seal,this ninth day of February,A.D.1904.

City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
Parties of the first part, for and u, consideration of one dollar,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
DO GRANT TO the Gity of Redlands, a municipal corporation in
said County of San Bernardino and Stz:te of California., party of the
second part, for street purposes,
A parcel or strip of land thirty feet wide off the north -Past
side of Lot numbered Seven (7) in Block lettered "P",according to
the plat known as the Second Preliminary Map of Redlands, recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of said County of San Bernar-
dino.
