A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF UNCLAIMED FUNDS FROM THEIR
RESPECTIVE FUNDS TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the attached listing of checks has been outstanding and unclaimed for more
than one year, and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 50055 provides that public notice of such funds
is not required to be made before any transfer of the unclaimed funds to the general fund may
occur, because the names of payees cannot be identified,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows
Section 1 Pursuant to Government Code Section 50055, the unclaimed checks listed on
Exhibit "A," attached hereto, in the total amount of six thousand nine hundred sixty one dollars
twenty six cents ($6,961 26) shall be transferred from their respective funds to the General Fund
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of December, 2019
