HomeMy WebLinkAbout8047 RESOLUTION NO 8047 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A CONTRACTOR LIST PURSUANT TO THE UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT WHEREAS, Ordinance No 2877 of the City amended chapter 2 16 of the Redlands Municipal Code to adopt the process for sohcitmg bids for public projects pursuant to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, and WHEREAS, at least once per calendar year, a list of qualified contractors shall be developed and maintained by those City departments undertaking public projects in accordance with the provisions of section 22034 of the Public Contract Code, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows Section 1.
