Box 3005, Redlands, California 92373, as assignee., all rights, duties and obligations of the FOPP arising from those six (o) certain contracts entered into by the FOPP for events scheduled for the -'Carriage House"in Prospect Park, Redlands, California ibr the year 2006-2007, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" (the"Contracts"), subject to the covenants and conditions contained in the Contracts. FOPP authorizes and empowers the City, upon the City's perfor narice of all such covenants and conditions of the Contracts; to receive all payments to be,given in the Contracts assigned, in the same manner and with the same effect, which FOPP may Have received had this assignment not been made. By accepting the assignment provided for herein of the Contracts,the City agrees to Performa all obligations to be performed by FOPP under the Contracts, according to the terns and conditions stated in the Contracts, and to indemnify,, defend and hold harmless FOPP against any and all liability. The hourly rate will be charged for excess time beyond the time reserved and Wit be paid after the event or taken from the SECURITY-CLEANING OF-POSIT.
