THE REDLANDS WATER 001MANY, a corporation having its
principal place of business at Redlands, California, in consid-
eration of One Dollar (11.00), the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, grants to The City of Redlands, California, for
street purposes, all that real. Property situate in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, bounded
and described as follows:
A tract of land seventy (70) feet wide, thirty -fine (35 )
feet on each side of a middle line described as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod on the Middle line of Spiral. Street
(Produced South) distant South 33 degrees 40 minutes East (mag-
netic Variation 15 degrees East) 497-8/1.0 feet from an iron rod
at the Northeast corner of Block 30, Map Redlands Heights;
thence from above point of beginning South 55 degrees, 26 min-
utes Nest, 185-4/10 feet to an iron rod; thence North 45 degrees,
45 minutes '.Vest, 67 feet to an iron rod; thence North 29 degrees,
03 minutes East, 224-2/10 feet to an iron rod on the middle line
Of said Spiral Street distant South 33 degrees, 40 minutes East,
332-2/10 feet from the said Northeast corner of said Block 30.
Also a tract of land through part of Block 40, Map #8
Redlands Heights, lying adjacent to and immediately south of the
South Property line of that part of said Spiral Street having
the course on said Man of North 59 degrees, 4 minutes East,
157-45/100 feet; said last tract being twenty feet pride and ad-
joining first described tract on the East, and extending thence
East to the main measuring box of the Bear Valldy Irrigation
Company where said Spiral Street crosses the canal of the said
Bear valley Irrigation Company, -- subject, however, to the lien
of a certain trust deed made by said Redlands Water Company to
Title Insurance and. Trust Company, a corporation having its
princi-Pai Place of business at Los Angeles, California, as
security for certain bonded indebtedness.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said Redlands Water Company, by
resolution of its Board of Directors, duly adopted, has caused
this instrument to be executed by its President and Secretary,
in its name and under its corporate seal, this I

Corporation that executed the within instrument, and acknowledged
to me that such corporation executed the same.
