"A"; thence west 20 feed; thence south and parallel -with the east
line of said lot ;3O (f'eet) to the north boundary line of East Vine
Street; thence east to the place of beginning; and being the west
20 feet of said lot 30 together with any interest the grantors may
have in the alley way abutting upon such 20 feet lying: to the north
thereof.
