Witnesseth; That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of

party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
by litese presents grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm, unto the said part

property situate in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, and particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot No. 40 of the Loma Vista
Tract as per nap thereof of record in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, thence westerly along the southerly line of said lot No.
409 122.9 feet for a point of beginning; thence westerly along said line
27.1 feet tro the southwest corner of said lot; thence northerly along
the westerly line of said lot No. 40 of the northwesterly corner thereof
thence easterly along the northerly line of said lot I.Fo . 40, 26. 8 feet;
thence southwesterly to the point of beginning.
Said above described tract of land being a portion of said lot No.4C
lying west of the easterly boundary line of Alvarado street as shown
upon the Alvarado street assessment district ripening of said assessment
and being indicated upon said assessment map by the green figure "12119
a copy of which map of said assessment ,district is on file in the said

County Recorder's office and reference thereto is hereby made.

thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
