Ames, of the official records of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, and the municipal records of the City of Redlands, in relation to the title to that real property situate in said County and State and described as folloas: DESCRIPTION Lot, number thirty-nine (39) of Loma Vista Tract, being a part of Block "T" Second Preliminary Map of Red- lands, Cal., according to plat recorded in Book 15 of Maps, page 31, records of said County, The PIONEER ABSTRACT AND TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY hereby certifies that the title to said premises, as ap- pears from said records, is now vested in A. I-, H. Ares Free and clear of all incumbrances, Except lst:- Taxes for the current fiscal. year 1907-108 now a lien and payable in October, 1907. 2nd: -- A right of way reserved to the Redlands Water Com- pany, a corporation, and its assigns, for the construct- ion and maintenance of all irrigating ditches or pipes that may be required by said Company. 3rd: - AssesGment #601 for made for the extension of Alvarado Street.
